Hiiumaa Growing Gastronauts met Top Chef of Estonia Dmitri Demjanov

During the study tour to mainland and Tallinn on 30^th of May 2013, Hiiumaa Growing Gastronauts met with the creator of Estonian Culinary Institute, Top Chef Dmitmri Demjanov. He is the Grand but not so old man of Estonian restaurant culture. Chef Demjanov took children to a tour in his restaurant Gloria, to the premises of the institute, the kitchen and vine cellar, and showed the film about Bocuse d'Or Europe competition. “You are the future of our culinary”, said Chef Demjanov to Hiiumaa Growing Gastronatus.
