These days, buttermaking is no piece of cake. Nevertheless, this knowledge may come in handy when the stores are closed. The project of Hiidlaste Koostöökogu LEADER called 'Growing Castronauts vol 1' taught children and their parents, that attended a cooking workshop with them at Partsi windmill, how to make butter at home. In addition to that they learned about plants growing in nature that we normally consider to be weeds, but that taste yummy.
